Chamber chief executive Sinead McLaughlin said local business people were “thrilled” to have two such “high profile” speakers at their dinner which is expected to attract 300 guests.

She added: “Both are very accomplished, though in very different ways. It is great to have Leah ‘returning home’ to Derry and in a position to perhaps tell us the hidden secrets of making The Apprentice, as well as how she is building on her television fame.”

Meanwhile, Leah will attend a reception in the city’s Guildhall being hosted in her honour by the city’s Mayor, Cllr Martin Reilly.
