“SUSPICIOUS APPROACH” TO CHILDREN NEAR DERRY – GARDAI APPEAL FOR INFORMATION

Gardai in Donegal are appealing for information following a report of  a “suspicious approach” to children on the Derry-Inishowen border.

The incident at Bridgend is one of two in Inishowen being investigated by Gardai.

The first occurred between 3.00pm and 5.00pm on Monday last in Bridgend when a man in a small silver/grey car reportedly approached children.

The second  occurred later the same day when a man, again in a small/grey car, reportedly approached children at around 7.00pm in the Mulberry Avenue, Buncrana.
