The main Derry to Dublin road has been closed following a fatal road crash near Omagh.
One man died in the collision, believed to have involved a horse, which occurred at 12.30am this morning on the A5 Doogary Road, the main route between Omagh and Ballygawley.
Four other men who were in the car were taken to hospital for treatment. One of the men is in serious but stable condition while the other three are being treated for non life-threatening injuries.
The road is closed at its junctions with the Seskinore Road and Moylagh Road and traffic diversions are in place.
