Felix Healy will present the Drive 105 “Afternoon Show” from the Rathmor Centre from 12.00 noon to 2.00pm.

The programme, being held to mark Feile Health Week,  began on Sunday last and will continue until this Sunday in the Creggan, Bogside and Brandywell areas.

Leeann Monk, of the Old Library Trust, said September was the perfect time to start a new healthy living regime.

She said: “September is a great month for getting started. Holidays are over, children are back at school and the dark evenings are approaching.

“The Triax area has a broad range of healthy living programmes which are easy and cheap to access.”
