Inishowen Engineering Manufacturing is expanding its team at our manufacturing facility at Shandrum, Buncrana, Co. Donegal, F93 NY98. We are now recruiting for a number of key roles across our welding, fabrication and finishing departments.

Position : Fabrication Welders

We are seeking skilled Fabrication Welders to join our busy welding and fabrication departments. Successful candidates will work on a variety of quality projects using welding equipment in our modern manufacturing facility.

Various shift patterns available.

Position: Apprentice Welders

Donegal ETB offers a trainee apprenticeship in Welding and Fabrication, which includes on-the-job training at Inishowen Engineering. Apprenticeships offer an opportunity to gain hands-on experience. Instead of just studying theory, apprentices develop practical skills in their chosen field, paving the way for promising career opportunities. Robotic Welders

Join our innovative automation team operating ABB and similar robotic welding systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in robotic welding, with a strong understanding of production processes.

Experience with ABB robots is highly advantageous.

Industrial Wet Spray-Painting Operatives

We are looking for experienced Wet Spray-Painting Operatives with a solid background in plant and machinery coating. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar industrial environment and be proficient in all stages of the wet spray-painting process.

Experience in spraying large, fabricated components is an advantage.

Manual Shot Blasting Operatives

Ideal candidates will have hands-on-experience in manual shot blasting and/or sandblasting, with at least 3 years’ experience in surface preparation techniques within an industrial setting. Attention to detail is required.

Powder Coating Operatives

We are seeking professionals experienced in both manual and fully automated powder coating systems. The role involves pre-treatment, application and curing processes. A strong understanding of powder coating best practices and 3+ years’ experience in a similar role is required.
