The PSNI have arrested two males over vehicle crimes in Derry yesterday.
Police Derry City and Strabane say: “District Support Team, with the assistance of colleagues from Local Policing Team, Waterside Neighbourhood Policing Team and Tactical Support Group apprehended two males on Monday evening, June 30, 2025.
“It follows a vehicle failing to stop for police in the Springtown and Ballymagroarty area of the City.
“With the assistance of Drone Support, a number of officers and the help of the local community, two males have been arrested on suspicion of a number of Driving Related Offences and Drug Related Offences.
“As usual, all Offences will be reviewed by the Prosecution Service.
“We would like to extend our thanks to the community who assisted us in this matter as well as our wider policing colleagues.”
