NWFS is a professional tree surgery company based in County Donegal. We offer all aspects of tree care to private, commercial, government agency and utility companies throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland.

We are seeking a friendly, organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as temporary training administrator to cover maternity leave.

Job Title: Training Administrator

Job Location: Knock, Ballybofey, Co Donegal

Employment Type: Maternity Leave Cover (Full Time)

Salary: Will depend on Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule training sessions and events.

Manage training calendars and communicate schedules to participants and trainers.

Prepare and distribute training materials, presentations, and handouts.

Maintain and update training records, databases, and spreadsheets.

Ensure compliance with training policies and procedures.

Send out training invitations, reminders, and follow-up communications.

Assist with other tasks and projects as required.

Required Skills:

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
Duration:

This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave, with an expected duration of 8 months.
