KIRCHHOFF Automotive is a development partner for the automotive industry, producing metal and hybrid complex assemblies of structural frames for bodies and chassis, including modern collision protection systems. Employing over 9,000 employees, we operate as a dynamic organisation around the world.

Our Plant in Letterkenny, Ireland produces high-quality complex stampings and complete assemblies to global automobile manufacturers including Mercedes-Benz, JLR and BMW.

The company now requires a HR and Business Lead.

About the role

If you would like a challenge with a varied and diverse role in HR and business-related topics, then please apply.

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented person to support, take ownership and influence the full spectrum of human resource functions, and to proactively contribute to the continuous development of an HR strategy supporting people development. This role is key in supporting the business develop over the next number of years as it enters a period of sustained growth. This will allow you to gain experience across a wide area of HR and business-related topics.

It would be great if you had some experience in HR and / or business administration type role. Alternatively, if you are looking for a career change or have only recently graduated and feel you are up for a challenge and would like to pursue a role in business or HR then we would like to hear from you. Educational support is available for the right person.

We do require you to have some skills & competencies, the rest you can learn on the job!

Ability to communicate effectively

A drive to learn and develop yourself

High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office
