Explore options for NI students at ATU Open Days this May

Thinking about your next steps in education? Atlantic Technological University (ATU) is opening its doors during a series of Open Days this May!

Come along to get free expert advice, get your CAO questions answered and seize the chance to your the campuses and hundreds of exciting programmes we have on offer.

The events will take place across the month in various ATU campus locations:

  • ATU Donegal (Letterkenny campus), Thursday 1st May from 4pm-7pm
  • ATU Sligo & St Angelas Open Day, Saturday 10th May 2025 from 10am-1pm.

Come along to explore the 220+ CAO programmes available to you in 2025.

Open Evenings are a brilliant way to meet with the university’s academic teams and lecturers and explore all the facilities the campuses have to offer.

Visitors can also chat with current students to get an insight into university life and hear about their experiences at ATU.

ATU has nine campuses across Donegal, Mayo, Galway and Sligo – all within easy reach of Northern Ireland, offering affordable fees and financial supports.

Attending an Open Evening will provide support and advice on application procedures for NI students, entry requirements, and important deadlines. 

Christina Cuffe ATU Schools Engagement Officer – Northern Ireland says: “The CAO is open for late applications until 1st May, so don’t miss your chance to apply, and with the CAO change of mind window coming soon, our Open Days are the perfect time to discuss your complete application and get all your questions answered. 

“ATU has nine campuses across Donegal, Mayo, Galway and Sligo – all within easy reach of Northern Ireland.”

This is a valuable opportunity for prospective students and their parents/guardians to get an authentic feel for student life and make informed decisions about the educational opportunities available at ATU.
