Job Vacancy: Inishowen Engineering recruiting Human Resources Co-Ordinator

Inishowen Engineering at Shandrum, Buncrana are looking for a highly motivated HR generalist to support management and implement our company plans on the continued development of the company.   

We are offering this position on a contract basis for two consecutive days per week (onsite 16 hrs/wk).

The successful candidate will be required to be pro-active and driven to deliver change and operate a high-quality HR service.

You will have proven experience in the management of employee relations throughout the employee life cycle, an excellent knowledge of employment law, recruitment & onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training & development, continual learning, health & safety, HR compliance management, policy development and HRIS management. You will be able to provide thorough HR advice to the management team.

Skills:

  • CIPD qualified 
  • Employee Relations Management 
  • Employment Law 
  • Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills 
  • Disciplinaries/Grievances Experience
