We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Co-ordinator to join our team in the Transport and Logistics sector.

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Lifford, Co. Donegal

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders via phone and email, performing data entry to various systems, and maintaining maintenance records for our fleet.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry: Accurately enter order data into our proprietary IT system and verify the accuracy of the data.

Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding order status and provide updates as needed.

Fleet Maintenance: Maintain maintenance records for the fleet and schedule maintenance and repair jobs.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Previous office experience is essential.

Preferred Experience: Experience in a Transport Office or Customs Agency is preferred but not required.

Attributes:

Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail is essential.

Stress Management: Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, effectively managing tight deadlines.

Punctuality and Professionalism: Consistently punctual and reliable with a professional demeanour and excellent manners.

Compensation

Salary range: €35,000 – €39,000, depending on experience.
