Top of the Chops! Hotel chef wins best employee award

It is normally the front of house staff who get all the accolades for their interactions with the public and guests.

But those in the kitchen brigade sometimes get overlooked for their sterling efforts in producing top notch food for the guests.

Not any more.

Bishop’s Gate Hotel in Derry has announced that is head chef Ian Archer was its best employee.
