Buncrana Golf Club in Inishowen is gearing up for its ‘Drive It Home’ Car Draw, where one lucky winner will be driving off with a new Hyundai i30 N Line from Diver’s Hyundai!

The initiative aims to raise funds to invest in the future of Buncrana Golf Club, including the refurbishment of the club house. Tickets are on sale for just 16 weeks and the draw will be held on Saturday 31st August 2024. Get yours now at www.driveithomedraw.ie

The Buncrana Golf Club is unlike many other golf clubs as it is a community project and maintains the membership fees and green fees for visitors as low as possible to ensure everyone in the community and surrounding area can avail of a golfing facility at a reasonable cost.

Because of this the club has very little funds available for any major developments and to raise funds for a clubhouse development a Major Prize Draw will be run.

The Drive It Home Draw will have €41,000.00 in prizes with the main prize being a Hyundai i30 N-Line car valued at €30,000.00. The second prize will be €5,000.00, third €3,000.00, fourth €2,000.00 and fifth €1,000.00. The tickets will cost €25.00 each or 3 x tickets for €50.00 and 7 x tickets for €100.00. Get your tickets now at www.driveithomedraw.ie

Check out the video below where Paul McGinley, past Ryder Cup Captain lends his support to Buncrana Golf Club.

The club also provides its facilities free of charge to other community projects like Scoil Iosagain Special Education Classes, The Pantomime Group, Buncrana ABC, ICARE, RNLI, over the years and these organisations have the use of the clubhouse function room or the golf course to raise funds or hold functions at various times throughout the year. The club also runs various competitions in the golfing calendar to raise funds for the Donegal Hospice, The Foyle Hospice and Macmillan Cancer Support. So anyone who purchases a ticket in this draw not only has a great opportunity to win some wonderful prizes but will also know their money is going to be put to good use.

For more information about the draw or to purchase tickets, please contact Buncrana Golf Club on  (074) 936 2279 or visit the club’s social media channels on Facebook and Instagram. Tickets can also be purchased online at www.driveithomedraw.ie
