Job Vacancies: The Blackthorn Amusements in Bridgend, Co. Donegal is hiring Customer Assistants to join their team.

Who we are: The Blackthorn are part of an innovative and dynamic Gaming & Casino Company in Ireland, with eight locations throughout the country and ambitious goals and become the Industry Leader in Ireland.

All roles in The Blackthorn exist to ensure great customer experiences. We encourage this environment by welcoming our customers with a smile, and providing information on customer benefits and services and complimentary tea and coffee. We like to work in a fun, healthy, clean, and organised work environment and we hope you do too.

What you will be doing:

  • Advise and guide customers on any queries or questions they might have.
  • Providing cashier services
  • Running in house promotions
  • Maintaining the general upkeep of the premises

You should have a natural flair for customer service and an aptitude for numbers. You should ideally have the ability to work at a fast pace with accuracy whilst being personable and professional at all times. You will also be expected to communicate any upcoming events or promotions therefore an outgoing personality is a must!

The standard working week for his role is 8 hours per week which includes weekend shifts.

Requirements:

  • 1 years retail experience
  • 1 years customer service experience
  • 1 years cash handling experience
  • Leaving certificate or equivalent
