A 27-year-old man arrested in Derry has been released pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
The man was arrested, under section 41 of the Terrorism Act, in the Galliagh area of the city on Tuesday, October 2.
He was detained as part of an investigation into offences surrounding an un-notified parade in Creggan on Easter Monday, April 10 this year.
The investigation continues.
