Derry City and Strabane District Council has advised that as part of the planned works taking place at the Daisyfield Playing Fields, there will be a temporary closure of the footpath from Wednesday, September 13, at 8am for approximately 48 hr period.
Access will be permitted along the path until the point of closure indicated in the map below.
There will be no through path and therefore an alternative route should be sought.
The closure is in the interests of health and safety.
The council has apologied for any inconvenience caused during the planned works.
