Forward Emphasis to host careers open day in Inishowen this Friday

All roads lead to Malin Head this coming Friday where Forward Emphasis, one of the largest employers in Inishowen, will be showcasing all that they do and the fantastic opportunities available to anyone who joins them.

FEI currently employees 300 people with the majority based in the North West region, working in a range of Remote, Hybrid and In Office roles providing customer service primarily within the Insurance, Financial Services and education industries. And with plans to grow to over 750 employees, the business is opening its doors to allow everyone to find out more.

Attendees on the day will get to meet the various FEI teams and find out about what they do on a day to day basis. There will be guided tours of the site throughout the afternoon to give everyone a sense of the facilities available. The recruitment teams will be available to discuss ongoing open roles and how people can go about joining FEI and the Learning and Development teams will be showcasing the range of development pathways in place and how employees get to Earn and Learn as they grow with the company.

On top of all that, all attendees on the day will walk away with an FEI Goodie bag!

COO Aine Clarke said “We have been on a journey of growth over quite a number of years now and while we are delighted to be hitting the 300 Employee mark, our ambitions are even greater and we are constantly looking for new talent to join our team. We are extremely proud of what we have achieved in the Inishowen region and are passionate about making sure that growth continues.”

The FEI Open Day will take place at its HQ in Malmar House, Bree, Malin Head F93 X682 on Friday 16 th June, with sessions from 12-2pm and from 4-6pm.
