Foyleside Shopping Centre in Derry is back up for sale.
The centre on Orchard Street is more than 98 per cent let.
Its stores include Dunnes Stores, Frasers, Marks & Spencer and H&M.
Foyleside’s annual rental income is thought to be more than £4 million and it is on the market for just over £34 million.
The centre was last on sale in 2014 and was bought by London-based investment firm Kildare Partners.
