Poor Luna died after suffering horrific injuries and partially buried alive
He is scheduled to appear before Dungannon Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Saturday, March 18, for a first remand hearing.
As is usual procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
The charges are in relation to a report of animal cruelty in which pet dog Luna was found injured and partially buried in Ballyarnett Country Park in Derry on Wednesday, March 15.
