The ‘crater’ pothole on Derry’s Northland Road still not fixed by DfI
They have described a pothole on Northland Road as resembling a ‘crater’.
In an update on his Facebook page, PBP Foyleside Councillor Shaun Harkin said: “The DfI confirmed they haven’t yet investigated or fixed the Northland Road crater.
“An official contacted me to say they’d have a response by March 8th.
“Someone has had a go at fixing it but it needs to be done properly.
“This is not about one pothole; it’s about the neglect of our roads network. We shouldn’t accept it.
“They’re doing the same to our roads as they have done to our schools, our health service, Radio Foyle, to street cleaning.
“The list goes on.”
