Police are currently at the scene of a sudden death in Derry’s Drumleck Gardens.
Officers were called to the property shorty before 8pm on Sunday night.
Forensic officers were pictured at the property overnight with a large police presence remaining in the Shantallow area.
The PSNI say enquiries are continuing.
