The Sign Place in Burt, Co Donegal, is currently seeking a full-time graphic designer.

Job Description

Our Graphic Designer will work as an integral part of our team assisting with the design, manufacturing and production of graphics and signage projects.

At The Sign Place, we specialise in the production of internal and external signage, as well as vehicle graphics, advertising material, banners and logos.

*Experience in a similar role is required.

The role will include:

Designing graphics for, but not limited to, small and large vehicles, shop fronts, internal and external signage, banners, posters and logos.

Meeting with and communicating with clients to define the scope of a project.

Using photo editing software, layout software and digital illustration such as CorelDRAW to create designs.

Selecting colours, images and typefaces to convey a company’s brand and message.

Presenting design concepts to clients.

Applying updates to designs based on stakeholder feedback and opinion.

Examining final designs to ensure there are no errors before printing or publishing.

Working effectively & efficiently as a team member in the production and manufacturing of graphics and signage.

Must be proficient with:

CorelDRAW Graphics Suite

Project management

Visual design

Marketing materials

Illustration

Digital design

Vehicle Graphics Design

Internal and external signage design.

Schedule:

Day shift

Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

Commission pay
Performance bonus
