THE launch of the new and final series of the hugely popular television comedy series Derry Girls is to take place in Derry city next month.
NI Screen and Channel 4 have announced premiere of the hit show will take place at the Omniplex Cinema on Strand Road on Thursday, April 7.
The screening will be followed by a Q&A session and an after-party in the Guildhall.
Stars of the show, including creator and writer Lisa McGee, are expected to attend the event.
