SINN Féin’s Martina Anderson MLA has welcomed the news that Choice Housing Ireland Ltd intends to build 10 units of social housing in the Fincairn Road area of Drumahoe.
Said the Foyle MLA: “I welcome the news from Choice Housing that they intend to build six new houses and four 1-bedroom apartments at the site on Fincairn Road Drumahoe.
“One of these new homes will have wheelchair access.
“Sinn Féin is delivering the largest shake up of public housing in 50 years which will see more homes being built for those most in need.
“Sinn Féin are committed to challenging urban and rural inequality and ensuring that everyone has the right to a home.”
