POLICE in Foyle are continuing their crackdown on dangerous uninsured cars driving around the city’s streets.
On Monday, officers recovered this black Mitsubishi Lancer which had been driving around on false registration plates.
The car was also found to have no insurance in force.
It was poetic justice for police with an officer writing on PSNI Foyle Facebook’s page:
“There once was a black coloured Lancer 🚙
“Which was driven by quite the chancer 🤠
“He said to his mates👥
“I’ve an idea…false plates”🚘
“No insurance, wrong reg…wrong answer 😨
“😳…I’ll just get my coat.”
