Police at Strand Road want to reunite owner of substantial of cash found in the city

POLICE are keen to reunite the owner of a substantial amount of cash.

The money was found in Derry city centre over 15 months ago by a member of the public who handed into police at Strand Road.

PSNI Foyle say: “On 17th May 2018, a substantial amount of money was found in the city centre and handed in by a kind member of the public.

“We would like to reunite this money with the rightful owner.

“If you have proof of how much this is and think it is yours, please get in touch with the enquiry office at Strand Road Police Station.

“Quote reference CCS 325 of 17/05/18.”
