Location: Burt, Co. Donegal
Responsibilities:
• Organise, control and monitor the flow of printed materials
• Check schedules, confirm product specifications, arrange adjustments
• Oversee the work of staff in the department
• Monitor the quality of the product and ensure deadlines are met
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Interact, communicate and present ideas to peers and clients
• Attention to detail within tight deadlines
• Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
• Professionalism regarding punctuality, time management and deadlines
• Print & operation of wide-format machines
• Answering calls, managing incoming job requests
• Ability to work on a number of projects simultaneously
• Training will be provided on wide format printing equipment
Experience:
• 3+ years’ experience in the Print Signage Industry
• Knowledge and experience of prepress
• Experience designing large scale print and vehicle graphics
• Experience designing Exterior Signage
• Must be able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (Corel X8 a bonus)
