Taxi driver furious after wheelchair friendly vehicle stolen from outside his home

A TAXI driver has appealed for the return of his wheelchair friendly vehicle.

The silver vehicle was parked outside Kevin Gallagher’s home in Strabane when it was stolen on Friday night.

Now he has taken to Facebook in the hope the vehicle can be located and the thief caught.

Kevin posted on Facebook: “Some scumbag has decided in the early hours of the morning to steal our wheelchair taxi from our driveway last night!

“It’s a SILVER VOLKSWAGEN CADDY with a white taxi SUN TAXIS sign on the roof!!!

“REG IS … BF10 TUO …

“We need this back as we have school runs to do everyday.

“Any info please PM me or call 02871 885 000.”

Please share so Kevin can get his taxi back in time for Monday’s school run.
