THE body of missing Lesley McHugh has been recovered just over a month after she went missing.
The PSNI say in a statement: “We are sad to announce that during a search of the River Foyle the body of a female was recovered.
“Our thoughts are with the family involved.”
Ms McHugh was last seen in Strabane on Saturday,.January 6.
A few days later her car was recovered in Strabane.
Ms McHugh’s family have issued a statement thanking everyone in the community who has helped them in any way over the past month.
