The Red Door Country House, Co. Donegal

ARE YOU looking for a new culinary position in 2018? Looking forward to a busy year ahead, The Red Door Country House in Fahan, Inishowen, has vacancies for a Pastry Chef and a Chef de Partie to join their experienced kitchen team.

Offering modern Irish and European cuisine, The Red Door is renowned for a high standard of food including evening dining, Sunday lunch, Afternoon Tea and Gentleman’s Tea as well as catering for large functions and weddings. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to experiment in different cooking techniques while working with Head Chef Sean Clifford and his team in a brand new modern kitchen.

Full time and part time positions are available, (full time = 46 hours across 5 days with 2 days off together).
