SDLP Derry Councillor Brian Tierney has condemned those behind a gun attack on a home in the city last night.
Police are investigating the shooting incident at Clon Elagh.

He said: “This is yet another callous criminal act on the streets of our city.

“Those behind this attack have displayed a reckless disregard for the lives and safety of people living in this area.

“They have nothing to offer people in Derry.

“I would appeal to anyone who may have seen or heard anything suspicious on the area last night to come forward to police as soon as possible.,” he added.
