POLICE are warning members of the public not to buy alcohol for underage children.
It follows the seizure of this bottle of Glen’s vodka from a woman.
The PSNI said on its Facebook page: “Local Policing Team seized this from someone trying to buy drink for underage girls.
“She is being reported to the PPS and the girls have no drink.
“It’s nice weather and youths will be out, please know where your kids are and what they’re doing #PSNI #KeepingPeopleSafe#KeepYourKidsSafe”
Police later added that the shop who sold the vodka was unaware that it was being purchased for underage children.
“The store was not at fault for this one. They were very helpful.”
