JOB VACANCIES: RED DOOR COUNTRY HOUSE REQUIRES EXPERIENCED STAFF

HAVE you worked in the hospitality industry in the past and got a good buzz from it?

The Red Door Country House in Fahan are looking for experienced staff to fill part-time positions.

If you have worked in a restaurant/hospitality environment previously and would like to get back into it for a small amount of hours per week, we are looking to hear from you.

Due to an increase in business and a busy season ahead, we have the need to add to our already established mature, experienced and reliable team.

Whether you came from the silver service background or a standard restaurant, if you have the desire and passion and long for the buzz, then we have a position for you.

We have the below positions available:

Servers – 1 shift per week
Servers – 2 shifts per week
Servers – 3 shifts per week
Sommelier (Wine server) – 1 shift per week
Chef de Partie – part time

It is essential that the candidates have a minimum of 5 years experience in a hotel/restaurant.
