Three men were quizzed at serious crime custody suite at Musgrave PSNI station

THREE men aged 31, 36 and 49 have been released by police investigating dissident republican activity.

They had been detained in the Creggan are of the city by detectives from the PSNI’s Terrorist Investigation Unit based at Maydown.

The PSNI say the men have been released this evening, Wednesday, March 1.

The suspects had been detained under section 41 of the Terrorism Act.

A number of homes were searched as part of the police investigation
