LONE MOOR GATE ENTRANCE TO CEMETERY CLOSED TO FACILITATE GAA MATCH

Derry City Cemetery.

Change to opening times of Derry City Cemetery this weekend.

DERRY City and Strabane District Council has advised of changes to openings of the city cemetery this weekend.

This is due to the large volume of traffic expected on the Lone Moor Road this Sunday October 16, 2016.

As a result of the GAA’s Derry Club Championship final match at Celtic Park,  the Lone Moor Gate at the City Cemetery entrance will be closed to through traffic from 12.30 to 4.00 pm

The public are advised that access to the City Cemetery, will be from Creggan Gate.

The council thanks the public for their co-operation.
