DERRY WRITER/DIRECTOR STEPHEN FINGLETON’S FILM UP FOR BAFTA GONG

THE Bafta award nominations are out and there is some good news for Derry.

For Derry-born writer and director Stephen Fingleton has been included in the Outstanding Debut category for his film The Survivalist.

On hearing the news, Stephen tweeted: “Very happy that THE SURVIVALIST has been nominated for a @BAFTA for Best Debut! @survivalistfilm.”
