DETECTIVES have charged a man with grievous bodily harm with intent.
The 34-year-old is to face Derry Magistrates’ Court this morning for a first remand hearing.
The charge is in relation to a fight between two men in the Old Fort area of Derry in the early hours of Friday.
During the altercation, the two men received injuries that required hospital treatment.
A 48-year-old man also arrested and taken to Strand Road PSNI station by detectives from the Reactive and Organised Crime Branch has been nowreleased on police bail pending further inquiries.
