COPS SEIZE DRUG PARAPHERNALIA IN DERRY

POLICE say one of its mobile patrols operating in Cregganburn Park on Wednesday came across drug paraphernalia.

It is suspected the paraphernalis was used by young people gathering there and in the general Glen area.

Said a spokesperson: “There have been recent gatherings of a large number of young people in the Glen, Glen Estate and Cregganburn Park areas.

“This is causing concern and annoyance to local residents, both elderly and families with young infants.”
