DERRY City will be without suspended trio Ryan McBride, Philip Lowry and Cillian Morrison for the clash tomorrow night (Saturday, September 5) against Drogheda United (kick-off 5pm)
However, on a positive note Peter Hutton welcomes back Conor McCormack into the side for the game at the Brandywell.
There will be late fitness tests for Stephen Dooley and Mark Timlin.
Dooley is nursing a hamstring pull while Timlin has been suffering from tightness in a calf muscle.
A win tomorrow night could see Derry City move up a place to seventh if Longford Town lose away to Galway Utd.
Hutton will be hoping for a repeat performance form a few weeks ago when his Candystripe side beat Drogheda 3-0 in the FAI Cup with goals from Patrick McEleney, Cillian Morrison and Barry McNamee.
Since that game United have replaced manager Johnny McDonnell with former Republic of Ireland international Mark Kinsella.
Drogheda are currently second from bottom.
The game will be live on both BBC Radio Foyle and Drive 105’s Match Night Live from 5 pm.
