O2 customers in Derry are raging over poor network coverage this evening.
Users have taken to social network sites to rage that they are getting either poor coverage or no signal at all.
Dan Boyle posted: “Getting fed up with O2. Either weak signal or no signal at all.
“Maybe I should stop paying my bill to see what O2 does.”
Brian Doherty also posted: “Having a nightmare day with O2. Feel like throwing phone in the bin..’
This evening O2 says it is investigating numerous reports through social media of problems with its network.
Customers complained of patchy signals, with some saying they had no signal for several hours on Monday afternoon.
In a not so customer friendly response, O2 has tweeted that customers should “turn off and then on their device or reset their device” and also visit its customer support page on the internet.
O2 customers have also reported not being able to send and receive calls and text messages, as well as problems with 3G internet signal.
