A NUMBER of garages have been badly damaged in a weekend blaze.
The Fire Service say crews from Northland, Crescent Link, Strabane and Dungiven stations attended to deal with the fire involving a garage on fire in Danesfort Crescent in the Shantallow area.
Two foam jets and three hosereel jets were deployed to deal with the blaze.
The fired spread to a further garage and also caused radiated heat damage to houses.
