TREES DOWN AFTER HEAVY SNOW

MOTORISTS are being warned to be extra careful on the roads today – after a number of trees were brought down by heavy snow.

This is one such incident at Thompson’s Corner, Drumahoe.

The wet snow – thawing in some areas – is heavy enough to bring down branches and trees.
