A housing association developer has applied for planning permission to erect 78 new homes off the Northland Road.
Clanmil Developments’ plans relate to a plot at 137 Northland Road, beside the Springtown Industrial Estate.
The 78-home mixed development would include 44 two bedroom apartments, 18 one bedroom apartments, 12 three bedroom homes, four two bedroom homes and car parking.
