Institute manager Paul Kee takes his side to The Oval tomorrow to face Glentoran in a crucial clash for the Drumahoe side.

Institute should have taken all three points in their Boxing Day clash with basement side Warrenpoint Town.

Institute controlled the game and were the better side throughout the match.

Robbie Hume put Institute ahead but the home side then missed a spate of glorious opportunities to extend their lead.

Institute then conceded a poor goal after a defensive mix-up ended in a goalmouth scramble which resulted in Stephen Hughes poking home for Warrenpoint.

Dean Curry hit the bar and had another effort cleared off the line, while his brother also missed a glorious chance for the home side.

Their clash with Glentoran now takes on added significance following Dungannon’s win against Ballinamallard.

Institute are still searching for a first win since late October but will travel to The Oval confident of getting a positive result.

In their most recent clash a month ago, Institute outplayed Glentoran at The Oval but were on the wrong side of a 2-1 defeat.

Stephen O’Donnell who missed the clash with Warrenpoint due to suspension returns for Paul Kee’s side.
