Daniel Wray McCrossan selected by SDLP to run in West Tyrone
THE SDLP has fully endorsed Daniel Wray McCrossan to run as its candidate in the Westminster election.
He will do battle with sitting Sinn Fein MP Pat Doherty next May.
Following his selection last night, Mr McCrossan said: “It’s now official – tonight the SDLP across the West Tyrone Constituency selected me to run as the Westminster candidate.
“I am truly honoured to have been selected and would like to thank everyone for their messages of support and many calls and text messages.
“This will be a very hard fought campaign- it is time the people of this constituency had a strong voice representing local concerns at Westminster.”
