SLAUGHTNEIL REACH FIRST EVER ULSTER SENIOR FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL

SlaughtneilSlaughtneil booked their place  in their first ever Ulster Senior Football Championship final with a deserved five point win over Clontibret their semi-final clash at Healy Park in Omagh this afternoon.

Leading at half-time on a scoreline of  0-05 to 0-02, Chrissy Bradley sent the Derry champions on their way when he fired low to the back of the net from 20 yards out two minutes into the second half.

Slaughtneil went on to score another four points to win on a scoreline of 1-09 to 0-07.

In the final, they will play St Enda’s, from Omagh, who defeated Donegal champions St Eunan’s 1-08 to 0-08 at Celtic Park in Derry in the other last four tie.

The final will take place in two weeks at a venue yet to be decided.
