Ten jobs will be created when Apple Premium Reseller, iConnect, opens its first Northern Ireland store in Derry next month.

The store, which will open in Foyleside Shopping Centre on 20 September, will offer a full range  Mac, iPad, iPhone and iPod along with a wide range of accessories.

John McEvoy, iConnect director, said the new store will serve as the company’s head office.

He added: “We will be placing strong emphasis on providing customers with exceptional levels of service, outstanding educational platforms and an enhanced retail experience which we hope will further increase awareness and loyalty to the Apple brand as we move forward.”

iConnect opened its first store in Whitewater Shopping Centre, Co. Kildare last September and the second store in Liffey Valley, Dublin, in November.
