KEE UPBEAT AHEAD OF INSTITUTE’S “BIGGEST GAME OF THE SEASON”

Institute manager Paul Kee could be boosted by the return his side’s prolific goalscorer Stephen O’Flynn for this afternoon’s crucial Championship clash with Dundela.

Kee knows his Drumahoe side cannot afford any slip-ups today as Institute are just a point ahead of today’s opponents at the top of the league table with Mark Snodden’s side having two games in hand.

O’Flynn has been a goalscoring sensation since joining Institute during the winter “transfer window,” his performances in February resulting in him being named the Northern Ireland Football Writers Association (NIFWA) Play of the Month, the Cork man finding the back of the nine times in five games during his time at the Riverside.

However, Kee said he will not risk his star forward unless he has fully recovered from the     groin injury he picked up in the impressive win over title contenders Bangor a couple of weeks ago.

Captain Paddy McLaughlin, Graham Crown, Michael Doherty and Darren McCauley – rested for last week’s Coca Cola Intermediate Cup win over Coagh United – are set to return to the starting line-up for today’s clash which Kee has described as Institute’s “biggest game of the season.”

However, it looks as if Ryan Semple will miss out as he is struggling with an injury picked up in last Saturday’s win over Coagh.
