City of Derry AC have been shortlisted for a top accolade at the prestigious British Club of the Year Awards.
Northern Ireland and Ulster junior cross country champions, City of Derry AC have nominated for the “Club of the Year” award because of their efforts across the board in terms of athletic achievement, increasing participation, sourcing volunteers, collaboration with the community, schools, athlete development from primary schools right up to masters level, coach development and organisation of events.
The local club will find themselves up against Cardiff AAC, Bristol & West AC and Edinburgh AC as they try to secure the prestigious award.
