NORTH WEST SIDES KEPT APART IN IRISH CUP THIRD ROUND DRAW

North West clubs have been kept apart in the third round of the Irish Cup.ifa-logo

Newbuildings United, fresh from their win over Championship side Institute in the North West Cup final, have been drawn at home to Crumlin Star while Strabane Athletic play host Crumlin United.

Both ties will kick-off at 1.30pm are scheduled for Saturday next, 9 November, with extra-time and penalties if necessary.

Meanwhile, the Coca Cola Irish Junior Cup third round draw has also been kind to North West sides – 
Caw entertain Woodvale,  Claudy Rovers will host St Matthew’s and Glendermott will have home advantage over Greencastle Rovers.

Ties will take place on Saturday, 16 November (kick off 1.30pm).

Waterside duo  BBOB and Irish Street are through to the next round as a result of receiving byes.

Meanwhile, the Summer Cup Final between BBOB and Drummond United while take place at Institute’s Riverside Stadium in Drumahoe this Friday, 8 November (kick off 7.00pm).
